The Vanessa Shirt is the shirt jacket of an artist’s dream. The kind of chic easy jacket that is so easy to wear, you put it on again and again always to find yourself dressed for the occasion – whatever it may be.  Named after the Bloomsbury artist Vanessa Bell who painted the life of the group and lived an experimental life at her home Charleston in the English countryside South of London. Her sister, the writer Virginia Woolf, also popped by from time to time, before she ended her life.

This Japanese cotton and wool mixed fabric is woven to give a waffled seersucker feel and effect. It is soft and wonderful to the touch and gives a look of easy sophistication.
