Refund policy

REFUNDS
If you don’t love your item as much as we do, you have 30 days to request a return after receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition with original tags and packaging including the original receipt. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered or washed. 

When your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to return your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. As soon as we receive the returned item we will review it, and if the item is in perfect condition the refund is automatically carried out via your original payment method. For security reasons we only credit to the original card. Kindly keep your postage receipt as a proof of return. Items lost in transit will not be compensated. For returns outside Denmark we prefer returns with FedEx or UPS to ensure the package is protected and insured during transit. 

RETURNS
1. Contact contact@labagatelle.dk to request you return.
2. Once accepted, place the item/s in the original packaging and deliver to your nearest post office. Prices may vary from country to country.
3. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 7 working days.
4. You receive a refund receipt via email.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. 

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is simply to return it, and once the return is accepted, place a new order on the desired item. 

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on La Bagtelle’s webshop are stated in DKK and EUR. The price of each product is excluding shipping costs but including the Danish VAT rate (25 %) and all import of taxes within the EU. The La Bagatelle webshop reserves the right to change prices on the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process. La Bagatelle cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have, when exchanging from DKK into EUR. We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard as well as most international credit and debit cards. Please note payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
