Shipping policy

SHIPPING 
When placing an order with La Bagatelle you first receive an order confirmation via email. When your order is ready for shipment you will receive another email with your shipping confirmation including carrier and tracking information, enabling you to track your package at any time. Shipping is carried out by GLS, and your order will be dispatched within 14 work days. All packages are insured and packed with care and attention. La Bagatelle accepts no responsibility for delays due to unexpected circumstances. Some countries may experience extended shipping times due to exceptional shipping requirements.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and may vary from country to country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), Danish VAT (25%) is automatically deducted at checkout. Please be aware that your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before placing an order.
