Marlene Shirt, fine Indian crisp white handwoven cotton

STYLE DESCRIPTION
The Marlene Shirt is inspired by a jeweller called Marlene who has for years generously shared tips, inspiration and information with Malene Malling. She did it when they were younger and Malene went to New York and Marlene took her along to fleemarkets, diners and secret spots – she had lived in New York and knew exactly where to go. Always in the know. Recently she opened up her Jaipur address book for Malene and let her in on her favourites. There must be a special place in heaven for women who help and support other women. The Marlene Shirt has a handstitched collar and cuff that is very special indeed and the frill is made out of fabric edges making it poetry in fabric.

Handwoven and hand dyed fine Indian Cotton. It has a slightly crinkled look that comes with the air of a bohemian.
